Happy World Wellbeing Week 💚

This week is an opportunity to reflect on the various pillars of Wellness that can help improve our Mental Health & Wellbeing, from nutrition, movement, sleep, spirituality, environment, connection & personal development.

Nutrition is an important pillar of Wellness. What we consume impacts us physically & mentally. It is important to eat a healthy, balanced diet, reducing the sugar & caffeine we consume as well as staying hydrated to ensure we nurture our body and maintain wellbeing. Our supplements are a great way to meet your nutritional needs and support overall wellness.

Movement is great for Mental and Physical Wellbeing! Moving your body releases endorphins that can uplift mood & reduce stress. Movement also improves flexibility of joints, strengthens muscles and increases stability.
There are many ways you can incorporate movement into your day:

- Stretch during your lunch break
- Schedule a hike for the weekend
