I was having real difficulty with constipation and irregular bowel movements, resulting in a continual feeling of discomfort and bloating. I had changed my eating habits, but I was still having difficulty. 
Having been to the Dr, their conclusion was I had IBS and therefore slower bowel movements. Since taking Organic India’s bowel care capsules, I have been so much better. I continue to watch out for trigger foods, but I am now regular (in fact sometimes going more than once a day). It took a couple of days to have an impact, but now there is no going back. Thank you Organic India! 

I absolutely love these, they have made me feel so much happier and stronger and I am sleeping so much too. I will definitely buy again!!!!
